Burghofer, Lachner 2012: 9), das heißt, ein workforce muss schnell und effektiv miteinander kommunizieren und reagieren, um die scenario bestmöglich bewältigen zu können. All diese Umstände machen die sichere Patientenversorgung vielschichtig, kompliziert und vor allem anfällig für Fehler oder Zwischenfälle.
